Selevers are small creatures, usually about the size of a mage's hand. These lizards are often sold to mages looking to study for hours upon end last minute, as the slime they excrete is a powerful agent that prevents people and animals from sleeping. This goo is often traded throughout markets to people also seeking respite from the nightmares that plague many inhabitants in this doomed world. Although not banned, many people frown upon the use of these lizards since side effects can range from jittery actions to mental insanity.

This small hatchling is covered in the same goo the egg was, but it otherwise is quite defenseless. It doesn't seem to do much else than rest and eat, but it is quite cute.

This small hatchling is covered in the same goo the egg was, but it otherwise is quite defenseless. It doesn't seem to do much else than rest and eat, but it is quite cute. It has grown now, and so has a strange sail-fin on its tail. It also seems to have some sort of effect on the sleep of creatures who try to eat it, making them stay up for days in strange fits. Due to this, many creatures prefer to leave it alone, though mango wyrms tend to enjoy bothering it.

Your hatchling has grown now, although it's still a small animal. Not much bigger than your hand, you've tried to not pick it up too often as you have noticed you are cursed with insomnia and jitters for awhile after handling it. Mango wyrms still bother it, and it doesn't seem to outwardly mind, as the goo it tracks around is quite plentiful. Thankfully, within a few minutes it dissipates, so you don't have to worry about touching it by accident.
